Weight Loss With Elimination and Stools?
Weight loss has some important indicators to help those in their weight loss programs. Most Americans have anywhere from three bowel movements per day to some three per/week. If you fall in this range, you are considered “normal”. In a 1982 study by Dross man and others these statistics were found. Higher temperatures can encourage more bowel movements, and colder conditions may reduce movements.
If you do not fall within this “normal” range, you should see your medical doctor. If you’re not sure about how often you make bowel movements then keep a written record. Place a note pad and pencil in your bathroom to keep track for month. You should be able to identify your bowel movement regularity in a month’s time.
